Pop-up Garden: 3rd Edition and Long-Term Sustainability

The high number of visitors to Perdtemps Square has encouraged the City to make the installation permanent until the permanent park is completed, while continuing to develop it further. The goal of this 3rd edition is:

• To improve the connection between the temporary garden and the park (removal of the fence between the park and the gardens and opening of the hedge bordering the playground) 

• To provide more seating

• To increase greenery 

The new layout allows visitors to experience the space as a single area for fun and relaxation. The goal is to enhance the flow and overall experience of the space.

When did this take place?
The installation was completed in May 2021. The public was invited to participate in two participatory workshops (May 18 and 19) to help finalize the gardens.
