When was that? October 8, 2022
Objectives: Ensure the reporting and transition between the three phases of the participatory process identified:
2017–2022 and beyond: as part of the Square Perdtemps User Lab
2018–2019: as part of the MEP (Citizen Group)
2023–2024 and beyond: as part of the participatory and consultative process accompanying the studies for the overall project
That is:
Reach out again and update previously involved individuals on the project’s progress
Gather feedback from participants
Facilitate a transition between the representatives active on the “Square perdtemps” and those involved in the long-term developments
Schedule
: Presentation by the City of a summary of past participatory initiatives and the progress of the Pleine Terre project by Paysagestion, followed by a guided walk in Perdtemps featuring four stops representative of the four major areas of the Pleine Terre project (the three woods—Bois Dormant to the north, Bois Viollier along the street, and Bois des Rencontres/Bois Vivant to the south—and the meadow in the center). At each stop, participants had the opportunity to share their favorite aspects, expectations, and suggestions, as well as their doubts and questions regarding the proposed atmospheres, uses, and potential developments. The day concluded with a verbal summary of the points discussed during the walk and a cocktail reception.Summary
